eazy.photoz.fit_by_redshift(iz, z, A, fnu_corr, efnu_corr, TEFz, zp, verbose, fitter)[source]

Fit all objects in the catalog at a given reshift for parallelization

Parameters:
izint

Index of the redshift grid

zfloat

Redshift value

Aarray (NTEMP, NFILT)

TemplateGrid photometry evaluated at redshift z.

fnu_corr, efnu_corrarray (NOBJ, NFILT)

Flux densities and uncertainties without MW extinction and with zp zeropoint corrections

TEFzarray (NFILT)

TemplateError evaluated at redshift z.

zparray (NFILT)

Zeropoint corrections needed to back out of efnu_corr

verboseint

Prints status message if verbose > 2.

fitterstr

Least-squares method for template fits. See template_lsq.

Returns:
izint

Same as input, used for collecting results from parallel threads

chi2array (NOBJ)

\(\chi^2\) of the template fits

coeffsarray (NOBJ, NTEMP)

Template normalization coefficients
